What happens when I buy a course?

Once your payment has been processed you will receive an email in less than 24 hours with information on what to do next.

When will the course start?

Before the 4 week course can start you will have to complete an initial prep week. This preparation will help you get straight into the course materials. The prep week will start as soon as Refined Health has been in contact.

What is a weekly check in?

Every Sunday you will receive an email from Refined Health to 'check in' on how your week has gone. You will talk about progress and any set backs or questions you may have.

How many check ins are there?

There will be a total of 5 check ins. 1 after each week of the course and prep. You will also have contact with Refined Health before the course starts.

What materials will I receive?

You will receive informative PDF guides for the whole course. You will also receive weekly planners to plan your week. 

What will I have to do?

To achieve results with this course, you will have to complete all tasks assigned for the 5 weeks. Each week you will be given information and guidance on how to improve your lifestyle.
