For those of you interested in health and fitness, here is a list of the top 6 best health and fitness blogs to follow. I want to share with you, the blogs that I find inspirational, motivational, and that provide good sources of information.
You may already be aware of some of the blogs that I am going to mention. But there may be a few that are new to you. In which case, you can add them to your list of best health and fitness blogs.
This top 6 list, are blogs that I go to for information on all things health and fitness. Additionally, you will find healthy wholesome recipes on each one of these websites.

When a person is nothing but passionate about spreading the word of health and well-being, it shines through in their blog. For me, being a passionate health and fitness advocate myself, this is very important.

Mind Body Green is a website I have followed for some time now. They post plenty of health, nutrition, lifestyle and fitness related articles. I could, and sometimes do, spend hours reading through their interesting blog posts. They focus on more of a holistic approach, which I am all for!
Additionally, you can buy online classes in a multitude of areas. Meditation, yoga and foam rolling to name a few.
I have signed up for their newsletter. Which means I receive emails informing me of all the latest posts on their website. This is awesome for me, as I can pick and chose what I would like to read. You can sign up for their newsletter on their website here.

Lee is all about holistic health, recipe development, fun and healing PCOS. I found Lee towards the beginning of my own healing journey.
I love Lee’s Instagram, Instagram stories and blog posts! She is funny and full of life. And portrays how living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be boring or restrictive. But actually vibrant and fun. A girl after my own heart!
Lee provides;

They also provide very nutritious recipes for every meal. The recipes all look mouthwatering and are completely healthy, win win!!

OK, so not a blog but also a monthly magazine. Thrive is a health and nutrition magazine that also provides online recipes and articles about food, fitness and mindset.
Thrive provide expert information to help the reader cut through confusion to take full control of their health. I love this as there is so much misinformation out there. It’s great to see a website with a big following, spreading the right message about health and fitness.

A magazine but also an informative, vegan, health, wellness, lifestyle and recipe website. There is an plenty of reading material, that can answers all your holistic health questions. With healthy plant based recipes and even a shopping guide to cosmetics and fashion that are non-toxic and don’t test on animals. You couldn’t ask for much more.
Another great website, promoting non-toxic, holistic living, free from animal cruelty. It doesn’t get much better than that!
